• Processing Time: Once you place your order, we begin crafting your jewelry. Since each item is handmade, this process can take up to 1-2 weeks. During high-demand periods or for custom orders, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any delays in the creation of your order.
• Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or contact us.

• Shipping Time: After your piece has been crafted, it will be shipped to you via your chosen shipping method. Standard shipping times within the U.S. are typically 3-7 business days. For international orders, shipping times can vary by destination and may take between 7-21 business days.
• Shipping Rates: We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping. Rates are calculated based on your location and the chosen shipping method. Free standard shipping may be offered on certain promotions or for orders over a specified amount. Check our website for current offers.
• Order Tracking: Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system after shipment.
• Customs and Duties (for International Orders): For orders outside the U.S., customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.
• Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays may affect your delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

• Return Policy:
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
  • Jewelry can be returned for store credit if it is in the same condition as originally shipped.
  • Store credit will be issued within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings due to sanitary reasons.
• Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges on any jewelry items.
• Normal Wear and Tear: We are not responsible for normal wear and tear on jewelry after 30 days from the purchase date.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please email marti@charliejeanjewelry.com to confirm your order qualifies for a return. We will respond with further instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
• Return Shipping Fees: For orders shipped within the U.S., a return label will be provided with a fee of $10.00 deducted from your store credit. International return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
• Store Credit: Once we receive and confirm your return, you will be emailed a store credit gift card for the amount of your purchase, excluding shipping costs.

We offer Route Package Protection on every order, which covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that meet certain criteria. Please review the policies for more information.

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. All transactions are processed securely.
